Hotkeys (Keyboard Shortcuts)
Use keyboard shortcuts to move faster in the Instica web dashboard. The in-app shortcuts modal and command palette are the source of truth for what’s currently available.
Where to find the full list
In the web app, you can open the full hotkey reference at any time:
- Keyboard Shortcuts modal: press
? - Command Palette: press
Mod+K
These in-app surfaces are always up to date because they render from the app’s hotkey registry.
Tip: If you can’t remember a shortcut, open Mod+K and search by the action name (e.g., “billing”, “filters”, “inventory”).
Notation
Mod=⌘ Cmdon macOS,Ctrlon Windows/Linux- Chords are sequential keys (example:
G then I) — pressG, release, then pressIwithin the chord timeout.
Quickstart shortcuts
This is a small set of the most commonly used shortcuts (not exhaustive):

Tips & troubleshooting
- If your cursor is in a text field, some single-key shortcuts are intentionally suppressed to avoid interfering with typing.
- Some shortcuts are disabled while a dialog is open.
- On non-US keyboard layouts, use the command palette to search by action name if a key label differs.
