Instica is inventory management software for resellers selling on eBay, Shopify, Discogs, and other marketplaces.

## What Instica Does

- Syncs inventory quantities and prices across eBay, Shopify, and Discogs in near-real time (median sync: 9.4 seconds)
- Delists sold items across connected channels: an eBay sale arrives by notification, a Discogs sale on the next order-sync pass
- Shopify checkouts are not reported back to Instica (the app holds no read_orders scope), so sold state on that channel is set by the operator
- Tracks cost basis, receipts, and profit per item
- Generates marketplace listings with AI (titles, descriptions, attributes)
- Enhances item photos with AI background removal and refinement
- Provides a seasonal calendar for pricing and storage planning
- Imports existing inventory from eBay, Shopify, or CSV

- **Free** — 25 active listings, one marketplace, import and cost basis. Free, no card required.
- **Operator** — Full multichannel sync, AI tooling, 500 active listing soft cap. $24/mo or $19/mo billed annually.
- **Studio** — Bulk operations, API access, webhooks, listing video, analytics, 5,000 active listings. $59/mo or $49/mo billed annually.
- **Enterprise** — Custom pricing for high-volume and multi-seat operations.
