Detection is best effort, never a guarantee. A channel outage, a delayed sync, or two buyers checking out seconds apart can still leave you resolving an oversell with one of them.

Price is held per channel
A Discogs offer and a Shopify product can carry different numbers, so each one can account for that channel's fees and what its buyers expect to pay.
Ambiguous matches surface as conflicts
Imports need a stable match to the physical item. Where two candidates are equally plausible, Instica asks rather than merging them quietly and leaving you to find it later.
Three channels, not a long tail
Instica supports eBay, Shopify, and Discogs. It does not coordinate channels outside that set, and nothing here pretends otherwise.
